The APS 15K Flow Divider Valve features:
The new Advanced Pressure Systems Flow Divider Valve (FDV) is for applications where two dump style guns are to be operated from one pump. The FDV will maintain full pressure to either gun when the other gun is dumping. When both guns are operating, the flow and pressure will be unaffected.
These valves are very easy to set up. They are of very rugged construction, and the only wear part is a cartridge which can be quickly changed in the field.
Features in addition to the easy cartridge overhaul, include an easy carry handle, which also provides protection for an optional pressure gauge (which is recommended equipment). Easy locking of the adjuster handle, and available adapters for different hose connections, including NPT and BSP.
15K Pressure Regulating Valve (By-Pass Valve)
A Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) is used on both diesel and electric pumping units to divert a portion of the flow to a low pressure outlet. It is really a hand adjusted needle valve, and it can be used to control pressure when the application requires a flow at the low end of the pumping unit’s operating range. For electric units a PRV is required equipment, because the speed of the drive is not adjustable.
The design provides:
A base-mounted PRV model
(“Gauge Board”) available with
protective cage and gauge.
15K Rupture Disc Holder with Safety Shroud
A Rupture Disc is an essential component in any system which contains a positive displacement pump. It provides protection against excessive pressure building up in the water blasting equipment connected to a pump. Advanced Pressure Systems has designed a rugged, compact Rupture Disc Holder, which offers safety features to prevent the use of coins or other disc substitutes, which may prove dangerous to operators or cause damage to the blasting equipment. The domed deflector minimizes spray in the event of a disc rupturing and the disc holder body is simple to remove for replacing a disc.
