20K Flow Divider
The Advanced Pressure Systems Flow Divider Valve (FDV) is for applications where two dump style guns are to be operated from one pump. The FDV will maintain full pressure to either gun when the other gun is dumping. When both guns are operating, the flow and pressure will be unaffected.
These valves are very easy to set up. They are of very rugged construction, and the only wear part is a cartridge which can be quickly changed in the field.
Features in addition to the easy cartridge overhaul, include an easy carry handle, which also provides protection for an optional pressure gauge (which is recommended equipment). Easy locking of the adjuster handle, and available adapters for different hose connections.

20K Pressure Regulating Valve
The 20K Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) has many components in common with the 20K FDV, including the quick change cartridge Part #70-020-011. It can be easily serviced without removal from the pump.
The PRV is essential on all pumps to provide fine adjustment of the system pressure and flow, to suit the blasting operations being carried out. This device is sometimes called a Flow Control Valve and performs exactly the same function. It is essential that a pressure gauge is used in conjunction with the PRV, and this can be installed on the pump or directly onto the PRV for which a port is provided.
The design provides:
A base-mounted PRV model
(“Gauge Board”) available with
protective cage and gauge.
20K Rupture Disc Holder with Safety Shroud
A Rupture Disc is an essential component in any system which contains a positive displacement pump. It provides protection against excessive pressure building up in the water blasting equipment connected to a pump. Advanced Pressure Systems has designed a rugged, compact Rupture Disc Holder, which offers safety features to prevent the use of coins or other disc substitutes, which may prove dangerous to operators or cause damage to the blasting equipment. The domed deflector minimizes spray in the event of a disc rupturing and the disc holder body is simple to remove for replacing a disc.
